From there, we will move forward—together—at a pace that feels right for you.
My Approach
Carrying anxiety, past trauma, or emotional stress can feel overwhelming and, at times, isolating. You don’t have to hold it all on your own. I support individuals in making sense of their experiences, understanding their emotional patterns, and finding ways to feel more grounded and in control.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and culturally responsive. I create a space where women, young adults, and individuals from diverse and multicultural backgrounds can show up fully and authentically. Your experiences matter here, and they will be met with care and respect.
Using evidence-based practices, I help clients build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of coping and communicating. Whether you’re working through trauma, managing anxiety, navigating relationship transitions, or feeling stuck in life, our work will focus on helping you feel more connected to yourself and your path forward.
